Crimson Contractors social values are championed by one of our directors.

We track both gender and ethnicity balance within our workforce. This includes equality, pay levels, parental leave, and promotional opportunities.

We recruit staff from within the local area. This both aids the local economy and goes towards reducing our carbon footprint.

We aim to have young apprentices on every project.

We have a ethical and sustainable procurement policy. Unless defined by the client, we purchase from reputable local suppliers within the proximity of the job site so as to contribute to the local economy and in aid to reduce our carbon footprint.

We encourage staff to undertake voluntary work for which we pay their standard wages and the equivalent of their wages direct to the good cause.

We encourage quiet time, flexible working hours and ‘away from the desk lunch hours’.

We provide health insurance cover for all PAYE employees, this extends to physiotherapy, yoga and other mental relaxation classes.

We provide discount schemes to all PAYE employees for various retail outlets and services: Insurance, DIY stores and fuel cards.
